Our dedicated sales team is ready to visit you on-site wherever you are or to answer your calls seven days a week. Our office staff is present to answer queries and take your orders Monday –Friday, 9am-5pm.

We try to innovate and stay ahead of the curve with evolving product technologies and work hard to find solutions to issues that may arise in busy clinics and hospitals around the country. Listening to customer feedback and making any possible product improvements is part of our policy.
We deal daily with the hard-working staff in procurements, supplies and accounts and excluding the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands which have a two-day service, all areas will receive their purchase orders the following day.

Together with our colleagues in Pentland Medical (Scotland) and Fleetwood Healthcare (Ireland), we cover the whole of the British Isles. Please note that due to the technical speciality involved in SurgiTools on-site training, Stericom covers the entire territory directly.
Delivery service
Purchase orders can be sent via telephone, email or fax. We are open 9-5, Monday-Friday and all orders made before 2pm will be sent out that day.
